Viewing Trip

In the space of just a few days and at a very reasonable cost, a Pafilia property viewing trip will provide a comprehensive picture of available properties and the lifestyle that awaits you, right down to guiding you through the simple purchasing procedure.

The step by step guide…..

  1. A viewing trip comprises 3 / 4 nights and can be taken at any time of the year, with flights from all major UK and regional airports (subject to availability).  The cost of just GB99 is inclusive of flights, taxes, transfers and accommodation.
  2. Visit a Pafilia exhibition, book a personal consultation or simply contact Pafilia to book your viewing trip.
  3. Your consultant or their assistant will then contact you with flight options so that you can choose the most convenient time.
  4. Upon arrival in Cyprus, you will be collected from the airport and taken to your accommodation in a completed Pafilia home.  This allows you to gain first hand experience of the high quality workmanship that goes into every single one of our properties.
  5. The viewing trip commences with the search for the perfect location – your consultant will be happy to answer any questions about each area that you visit.
  6. Once the area search has been fine tuned, you will be shown a selection of completed and off-plan Pafilia properties that are of the utmost interest to you.
  7. Your consultant will then introduce you to one of the company’s directors at Pafilia’s head office, enabling you to ??
  8. If you have decided on a property and would like to go ahead with the purchase, we will introduce to an independent lawyer who will draw up your sales agreement and accompany you to the bank should you require a loan.
  9. Once you are completely happy with your sales agreement and financial arrangement, the sales agreement can be signed and your sale is complete!
